In the Baltic and Northern European countries, we use Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel machines to send and receive modules that need to be repaired.

Send faulty module to Omniva Tartu Karete Coop Konsum omniva parcel machine (Jalaka St. 34 Tartu) or SmartPost Tartu Aardla Selver parcel machine (Võru St. 77, Tartu).

You can also send the package by regular mail or courier to our address  Vasara 32-2 Tartu, 50113, Estonia.

NB! In the case of sending by post, please contact us in advance, if we have agreed on the repair, familiarize yourself with the repair conditions and fill out the information sheet!
We send the repaired modules back within 1-3 working days from the moment they arrive.
